The Director of Pilot Training is ultimately responsible for ensuring the safe, sound, and efficient operation of the Authorized Training Organization, its staff, its students, and its records.

Deputy Director of Pilot Training| Deputy Chief Flight Instructor - David Epstein

The Deputy Director of Pilot Training works closely with the DPT and is responsible for helping create lesson plans and manage the training department.

Training Operations Coordinator (TOC) - Michael DeCarlo

The Training Operations Coordinator reports to the DPT and is responsible for the coordination of Training Events and assists with other duties relevant to the TPC Flight School.
